📋 Description

• Translate business and program requirements into data models, scoring methodologies, and reporting solutions • Design and manage core data models, particularly within Snowflake • Develop data transformation and pipeline workflows using dbt • Ingest, clean, integrate, and unify data from multiple sources to create a reliable source of truth • Develop interactive reporting solutions, such as leaderboards, Power Apps, and other data-driven tools • Build measurement solutions connecting operational metrics to strategic business requirements • Work with program and business teams to understand requirements and translate complex scoring rules into functional data products • Partner with technical data teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience designing and managing data models, particularly in Snowflake • Experience with dbt and building data transformation, ingestion, and pipeline workflows • Ability to bring together, clean, and unify data from multiple sources • Experience translating business rules and program requirements into scoring models, behavioral analytics, and measurement solutions • Experience developing interactive reporting solutions and owning data products from development through delivery • Strong ability to work with business, program, and technical stakeholders and translate complex requirements into practical data solutions • Preferred: Experience supporting sales enablement, growth, incentive, or performance measurement initiatives • Preferred: Experience developing leaderboards, scoring systems, or other interactive measurement tools • Preferred: Experience working in a cross-functional enterprise or consulting environment • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with both technical and business teams • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
