📋 Description

• Serve as an independent contractor of LINC and support a diverse international undergraduate student body studying at premier Australian and Asian universities • Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 30–35 undergraduate online students • Support students in collecting, analysing, interpreting, and presenting data • Apply descriptive and inferential statistical techniques to solve business problems and support evidence-based decision-making • Support learning skills including academic writing, research, and time management • Guide students toward relevant reference material • Conduct a 2-hour online session on Monday/Tuesday • Mark assessments and provide long-form feedback • Manage discussion forums • Provide proactive, prompt, and personalised support for student queries and issues • Interact with students via email, calls, or online sessions from a convenient location

🎯 Requirements

• Masters or Doctoral Qualifications with specialisation in Business Analytics, Data Science and/or related field with distinction or first-class from a top university in India • At least 2+ years of corporate experience in relevant fields • At least 2+ years of teaching experience in relevant fields • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data analytics for business decision-making • Proficiency in statistical data analysis, descriptive statistics, data visualisation, probability and distributions, inferential statistics, sampling and hypothesis testing, correlation and regression analysis, and data-driven decision-making • Hands-on experience with R, SPSS, Python, advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau is desirable • Proficient in business communication, including current academic/business communication practices, referencing styles, AI use, and academic integrity policies • Proficient in English, with excellent oral and written communication • Working laptop required • Access to high-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection required • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac • Availability Monday/Tuesday for online sessions between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM • Availability to answer student queries via email within 6 hours after lectures throughout the week
