• Own demand generation across digital channels, from paid media and account-based marketing to marketing automation and campaign execution. • Design and execute multi-channel demand gen programs targeting enterprise retail and CPG buyers across the full funnel, from awareness through pipeline creation. • Own paid media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels. • Develop and run ABM campaigns targeting named expansion accounts and key new logo targets in the retail and CPG segments. • Track and report pipeline metrics weekly.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally at a SaaS or enterprise technology company. • Proven record of generating pipeline and reporting on revenue impact, not just lead volume. • Hands-on HubSpot experience required; admin-level expertise preferred. • Strong digital advertising skills: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and experience managing paid budgets. • ABM experience: you have run targeted account campaigns with account selection, multi-touch sequencing, and sales coordination. • Analytical by default: you track what works, cut what does not, and iterate based on data. • Strong project management skills and the ability to execute against a complex campaign calendar across multiple initiatives.
