📋 Description

• Build strong and consistent client base and sales strategies to provide exceptional service. • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Previous experience in insurance or a related field required • Property & Casualty License (must have current) • Life & Health License (must be willing to obtain) • Remote Bilingual Fluent Spanish (required) • State Farm experience (required)
