📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of product modernization initiatives for enterprise customers migrating legacy Adobe solutions to modern platforms across Analytics, Content, and Commerce • Architect and operationalize end-to-end data foundations across data strategy, modeling, integration, and governance • Evaluate customer systems and business processes to facilitate data discovery • Unify disparate CRM, sales, analytics, call center, content, commerce, and other data sources for digital marketing, content, and commerce use cases • Lead conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling for multi-solution delivery • Define and apply data quality, master data management, data services, governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks • Collaborate with customers, Adobe professionals, data engineers, and cross-disciplinary teams to identify demands and resolve technical obstacles • Deliver Adobe platform data lakes and real-time customer profiles for ingestion and activation • Use REST APIs, Postman, and scripting to automate implementation and setup • Develop streaming, batch, online, and offline data ingestion solutions within AEP • Collaborate on ETL/ELT pipelines for data collection and extraction • Tune data models and query performance while following platform guardrails • Drive end-to-end data migration initiatives while maintaining data quality, integrity, and compliance • Audit existing Adobe solutions and identify technical debt, governance gaps, and data quality issues • Assess platform maturity, taxonomy consistency, metadata tagging, standards compliance, and commerce product data enrichment • Map legacy infrastructure to AEP schemas and CJA data views, determining what to migrate, transform, or redesign • Architect AEP data models across Analytics, Content, and Commerce domains • Develop relational and dimensional analytics models across RDBMS, columnar, warehouse, and data lake environments • Support modernization migrations while preserving metric definitions, historical accuracy, content governance, and commerce data integrity • Develop validation and reconciliation documentation for legacy-versus-modern platform comparisons

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on data architecture, data modeling, SQL development, and analytics platform experience working with enterprise customers • Expert proficiency in customer-centric database models and datasets using relational, hierarchical, RDBMS, columnar, data warehouse, BI, document, semantic layer, data lake, OLTP, and OLAP modeling • Experience auditing, assessing, and documenting data components of implementations • Ability to translate complex data configurations and data models into business requirements and technical documentation • Advanced SQL skills including window functions, complex joins, aggregations, stored procedures, and query optimization • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including data ingestion, schema design, unified profiles, segmentation, real-time activation workflows, and native AI tools • Knowledge of identity resolution, data privacy frameworks, and consent management • Proficiency in REST, webhooks, Postman, and basic Python or Bash scripting • Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills • Ability to balance concurrent customer engagements and communicate architectures and migration strategies to executive and technical audiences • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related technical field; equivalent work experience in a senior data architecture role considered • Adobe Certified Expert in CJA or AEP Data Architect is a nice-to-have • Adobe Certified Associate in Real-Time Customer Data Platform or Analytics is a nice-to-have • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform for Content or Commerce, Adobe Analytics API, Analytics-to-CJA migrations, Git, and CI/CD are nice-to-haves
