📋 Description

• Lead strategic omni-channel marketing plans connecting media performance, channel mix, and business outcomes • Translate new technology, market trends, and competitive strategies into marketing ideas for clients • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with client contacts and stakeholders • Maintain cross-functional alignment with operations, media, and marketing teams • Collaborate with account management, operations, analytics, and partner agencies to create executable plans • Diagnose business and performance trends and demonstrate the impact of strategy and marketing investment to senior stakeholders • Manage budgets and reallocate resources to optimize long-term performance • Support and strengthen the team's marketing strategy skills • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for internal and external audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 6+ years' experience in marketing strategy, media, consulting, business enablement, or a related field • 3+ years working in an agency or consulting firm • Retail and/or automotive industry experience preferred • Experience leading end-to-end marketing strategy in a complex, multi-account business • Experience leading and developing high-performing team members • Hands-on skills using data and research to guide decisions • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI dashboard interpretation, and research tools • Experience translating data analysis into relevant marketing recommendations • Clear, proactive communication in complex and ambiguous business situations • Ability to manage complexity while collaborating across teams • Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans and prioritize competing needs • Experience working within a matrixed organization and lean-resource environments
