📋 Description

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard's proprietary PDR process • Review completed work with customers • Walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals • Build customer relationships and promote Dent Wizard services • Complete paid hands-on and classroom training • Progress from hourly training compensation to phased hourly and commission compensation while building a customer base

🎯 Requirements

• No prior experience required • Positive attitude and aptitude with hand tools • Strong communication and customer service skills • Self-motivation and ability to work independently • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks • Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds • Valid driver's license and good driving record • Ability to complete applicable post-offer, pre-employment screening, which may include physical examination, vision assessment, background check, and drug screening
