📋 Description

• Provide clerical support for Collections/Perkins • Assist with monthly Collections reports, including small-balance reviews • Review FOP Cohort accounts and Employer Tuition Deferral accounts • Review SAC, UPH, special payment plan, and other collection accounts as needed • Review populations with deferred payment dates for FOP and ETD • Assist with monthly review and submission of small-balance collection accounts for adjustment • Review UPH accounts and explain why they are categorized that way • Assist the Assistant Director Counseling/Perkins with management of the Perkins portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Some college, preferred • Ability to work additional hours as needed by the department • Resume and cover letter required for consideration • Employment contingent on passing a background check for final candidates
