📋 Description

• Provide essential production support for the account team • Build and launch paid social campaigns • Implement account tasks and optimizations • Traffic creative assets • Run and format performance reports • Support ongoing testing initiatives • Assemble campaign plans and objectives, create schedules, organize work, report data, and track progress • Collect, analyze, and process large amounts of data • Manage workflow to ensure timely project delivery • Craft clear internal and external communications • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet team and client needs • Maintain working knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snap • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and make optimization recommendations • Participate in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations; take detailed notes and assist with follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months’ paid social experience (Facebook ads a must; TikTok and Snapchat a bonus) • Comfort with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology • Proven prior work experience in a production-oriented or similar role • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Proficiency in Excel, including vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, and text to columns • Desire to quickly learn and master social channels • High level of independence, curiosity, and desire to grow responsibilities and skill set • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (DEPT® participates in E-Verify)
