📋 Description

• Evolve and extend the Descript brand across campaigns, web, and events • Lead concept and design for launches and campaigns from brief through delivery • Develop scalable brand systems and toolkits • Enable product, marketing, and sales partners to create on-brand assets independently • Use AI tools and processes to deliver scale without compromising quality • Direct internal and external creative partners, including illustrators and design engineers • Mentor designers and act as an ambassador for craft across the company • Collaborate with people across the company and contribute to immersive brand experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in brand design, in-house or agency • Portfolio showcasing a range of both strategic thinking and executional craft across web, social, and paid channels • Strong command of typography, color, and composition • Evidence of building a brand system that scaled beyond your output • Experience directing outside creative partners • Fluency with AI tools to produce and scale work alongside a clear perspective of where not to use them • Brand work within a SaaS company, especially the creative software space, preferred • Motion, front-end dev, or illustration skills preferred • Experience creating generative brand tooling preferred • Comfort with being on camera and sharing your work publicly preferred
