My Technology is a UAE-based digital agency (established 2015) that provides web design and development, mobile application development, branding and corporate identity, and digital implementation services. They build websites, mobile apps, management systems for individuals, companies and government clients, and offer an all-inclusive e-commerce product called MyCart (professional e-commerce website plus iOS/Android apps). The firm focuses on helping clients establish and optimize online presence, increase traffic, and implement tailored IT solutions.

📋 Description

• Design motion for marketing, web, app, landing-page moments, and brand launches. • Bring signature brand moments to life, including reveals, celebratory and win states, and hero animations. • Apply and extend brand guidelines through motion across surfaces. • Create interactive motion systems for product experiences using Rive as the primary tool. • Design transitions, micro-interactions, gestures, feedback states, and expressive UI behaviors. • Turn static UX concepts into interactive prototypes communicating behavior and intent. • Partner with Product Designers to integrate motion into end-to-end user flows. • Collaborate with engineers to make animations production-ready, performant, and scalable. • Develop reusable Rive components, animation patterns, and interaction guidelines. • Use motion to improve usability, feedback, hierarchy, delight, and brand expression. • Help establish the team's broader motion and interaction design language across brand and product. • Report to the Senior Brand Designer.

🎯 Requirements

• A standout portfolio showing awesome motion, animation, and interaction work — this is the bar. • Deep Rive expertise (your primary tool day-to-day). • Fluency in reading, applying, and extending brand guidelines. • Experience with Figma Motion and Adobe Suite. • Comfort context-switching across a 50/50 marketing/product split. • A collaborative streak — you thrive working alongside brand designers, product designers, and engineers. • Agency experience (Gold Star). • 3D motion skills using Blender, Cinema 4D, or Spline (Gold Star). • Experience building or maintaining a motion/animation system used by other designers (Gold Star). • Experience animating for gaming, streaming, or entertainment brands (Gold Star). • Basic front-end literacy in HTML/CSS, SVG, or JavaScript (Gold Star).
