📋 Description

• Ensure delivery stability by maintaining effective workflows, monitoring KPIs, and resolving operational issues • Oversee quality control to ensure projects meet technical expectations and delivery standards • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through reliable service delivery and proactive communication • Identify and escalate delivery risks early, coordinate corrective actions, and support client growth initiatives • Oversee daily team operations and provide guidance and support to 4–5 direct reports • Proactively manage team performance by setting expectations, providing feedback, and supporting career development • Manage budgets, optimize costs, and support hiring for effective resource allocation • Own day-to-day execution for a major global IT outsourcing account segment • Lead a delivery organization spanning 10+ teams and more than 100 specialists • Lead multiple Project Managers and technical leaders • Help shape operational strategy and key business decisions • Maintain operational excellence across a large-scale client account • Participate in the client account delivery process and follow the company’s recruitment steps

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Delivery Management within the software development outsourcing industry • Experience in an IT outsourcing or managed services environment, focused on execution and operational support • Experience managing large, multi-team engineering organizations with 100+ specialists, including Team Leads, managers, and high-performing teams • Advanced understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe • Practical experience managing delivery financials, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and P&L • Strong client communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Ability to engage senior stakeholders, establish strong client relationships, and be seen by clients as a key leader • Strong leadership, people-management, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities • Upper-Intermediate+ English level • Willingness and ability to travel internationally 3–4 times per year • Experience working with offshore or nearshore delivery teams is desirable • Experience identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts is desirable
