Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa is an environmentally friendly year-round ranch resort and meeting facility located in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Spanning 6,500 acres, it offers newly built cabins, a brand new lodge, fine dining, and a variety of outdoor recreation activities throughout the year. The resort caters to corporate meetings, executive retreats, weddings, and family vacations, all while emphasizing the importance of preserving the natural beauty and history of the area.

📋 Description

• Book lodging reservations for individual and group guests • Answer and transfer phone calls • Answer guest questions and emails • Respond to voicemail messages in a timely manner • Make, modify, and cancel transient and group reservations • Charge guests lodging deposits according to company policy • Check waitlist and call guests to fill openings or cancellations • Make gift cards purchased by phone or online • Log maintenance and housekeeping issues into HOTSoS • Log guest requests in reservations • Charge third-party reservations in full on the day of arrival • Distribute mail • Maintain guest information, daily reports, and night audits • Remain knowledgeable about other departments and aware of guest and Ranch issues • Perform other tasks requested or required by upper management

🎯 Requirements

• Able to sit for extended periods of time • Weekend availability is required • High School Diploma or GED • Prior experience with lodging reservations system preferred • ResortSuite PMS & Synxis CRS experience preferred • Strong computer skills • Able to use multi-line phone • No guaranteed work schedule due to the nature of the 24-hour operation; schedule requests are subject to business volume
