📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with community gatekeepers and influencers to secure high-traffic venues for agent prospecting • Source, plan, and host sales and marketing events focused primarily on lead generation • Deliver Medicare educational presentations • Collaborate with Broker Managers to align outreach strategies and coordinate agent assignments for events • Train and motivate external agents on community-based marketing, event etiquette, and lead-generation techniques • Partner with local provider groups on strategic co-op marketing initiatives • Ensure activities adhere to Medicare marketing guidelines and CMS compliance regulations • Track local ROI and refine market strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the Denver Metro County (Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson or Park) • Existing network of community contacts and deep knowledge of the local senior landscape • Must hold an active insurance producer license in your state of residence or obtain one within 90 days of hire, and maintain it in good standing • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license • Ability to travel across the local territory to manage events and relationships • Proven experience in the Medicare Advantage industry • Ability to navigate a fast-paced, startup-feel environment • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market needs • Technical savvy in a digital-first organization • Stellar public speaking skills • Ability to establish instant credibility with senior citizens and corporate stakeholders • Customer-service-focused collaborator • College degree preferred
