📋 Description

• Supervise assigned project sites and daily contractor activities • Lead job site supervision, coordination, and performance across all project disciplines • Coordinate on-site safety, scheduling, construction quality control, cost management, labor management, equipment procurement and delivery, and client contact • Act as liaison to clients, inspectors, and visitors • Promote and enforce safe, secure, and healthy work environments • Comply with legal regulations and obtain required inspections • Manage and coordinate construction work according to contract documents and quality standards • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules and milestone dates • Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and other agreements • Manage project scope changes and ensure current contract documents are used • Maintain and update timecards, field reports, schedule updates, as-built drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, layouts, and project correspondence • Support project closeout, including punch lists, start-up, and system commissioning • Monitor project expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions • Define project purpose and scope, calculate resources, establish protocols, allocate resources, and coordinate staff and subcontractors • Resolve design problems and evaluate and implement changes • Support FTI business interests and pre-construction budgeting and execution strategy • Work on multiple projects depending on project size, complexity, and phase • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, Certified Trade Apprenticeship Program or Equivalent Experience, and ongoing industry training • 4 years of experience in relative trades • 3–6 years in a similar position or proven successful project execution • Ability to travel up to 100% • Ability to work from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with possible nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer demands • Complete understanding of construction documents and specifications • Understanding of scope of work for all subcontractors • Ability to organize and direct a project to completion • Ability to manage large projects and/or multiple medium-to-large projects • Must successfully pass a background and drug test
