📋 Description

• Support clinical outreach campaigns by making outbound calls and utilizing portal chat to members to schedule pharmacist appointments addressing clinical gaps or medication concerns • Support cost-of-care efforts by reaching out to providers and members to offer lower-cost alternative medication options • Manage an assigned caseload requiring provider, pharmacy, and/or member follow-up on medication recommendations, concerns, or questions • Independently oversee assigned cases and outreach with timely follow-up, clear next steps, and thorough documentation • Help members navigate their Devoted Health benefits • Participate in sprints, pilots, and special projects • Collaborate with the broader pharmacy team to support shared goals and coverage needs • Assist with training and shadowing new team members • Participate in team and pharmacy department activities and responsibilities • Ensure clinical recommendations reach outside providers • Follow up with pharmacies on claims issues, pick-up confirmations, or discontinuations • Keep members informed of medication changes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of work experience in health care or retail pharmacy • Active National PTCB Certification • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls to members, providers, and pharmacies • Comfortable managing daily responsibilities and tasks independently • Ability to shift between tasks, projects, and priorities frequently • Highly organized and detail-driven • Comfortable learning new software and adapting as tools and workflows evolve • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to take on new or shifting tasks positively • A true team player who brings new ideas to the table, works through solutions with others, and lifts up their teammates • Comfortable speaking with physicians, pharmacies, and patients, with a genuine passion for our members • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • A transparent communicator about your work, what's going well, and what's not, with a thoughtful eye for improving processes
