📋 Description

• Manage contracting needs for various shared service departments • Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse set of contracts • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance and Legal to facilitate contract approvals and signatures • Brief management on budgetary matters • Lead daily and monthly administrative tasks, including Purchase Order (PO) and vendor invoice management • Calculate month-end accruals and prepare journal entries • Assist in analysis of month-end performance to budget • Provide data management and analytical support between Shared Service and Finance departments • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Three (3) years of progressive accounting experience • Experience in project/program management, quantitative analysis and/or financial analysis • Advanced Excel experience • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience, namely NetSuite • Ability to manage confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion • Inquisitive, analytical and detail oriented • Ability to work independently as well as with a team • Strong communication skills • Ability to clear the required background check • Bachelor’s degree preferred • CPA preferred
