Visana Health is a virtual women's health clinic that delivers telemedicine-first care for people across life stages. The company offers virtual consultations with clinicians, care teams (doctors, clinicians, coaches, and advocates), individualized care plans, medication and supplement management, lab ordering and coordination of in-person services when needed, and ongoing lifestyle coaching. Visana focuses on menopause and perimenopause, gynecological, sexual and reproductive health (including endometriosis, fibroids, painful periods, UTIs), hormone and metabolic conditions (PMOS/PCOS, thyroid, postpartum care), and preventive/well-woman services. It operates an online patient portal for scheduling and management and accepts major commercial insurance in all 50 states but currently does not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

📋 Description

• Create and maintain sales materials, including presentations, proposals, white papers, case studies, and client-facing content • Own the library of approved sales templates and keep materials current, consistent, and usable • Customize materials for prospects and clients under short turnaround times • Identify gaps in sales materials and recommend improvements • Support the health plan sales leader with day-to-day execution • Track meeting notes, decisions, owners, and next steps; ensure follow-up • Draft follow-up communications, presentations, proposals, and opportunity materials • Keep CRM updated across active deals • Coordinate contracting processes, contract redlines, and negotiated terms • Maintain a central source of truth for contracts in process • Align business leaders on negotiated terms and transition terms into implementation • Improve internal commercial processes • Project-manage conferences, sponsorships, and commercial events • Manage event calendars, timelines, logistics, registrations, communications, deadlines, and preparation • Gather attendee and sponsor information and prioritize key stakeholders • Coordinate presentations, talking points, speaker preparation, and meeting materials • Partner with marketing on signage, swag, social media, and onsite deliverables • Coordinate post-event follow-up • Serve as Visana’s primary sales operations function • Support Salesforce maintenance, data quality, documentation, and commercial workflows • Establish and maintain pipeline tracking aligned with company and Growth team goals • Provide pipeline analyses and insights • Manage internal collaboration meetings for growth initiatives • Coordinate RFP responses and maintain a knowledge database • Manage Visana’s LinkedIn presence by drafting, coordinating, and scheduling content

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in sales enablement, commercial operations, project management, chief-of-staff support, or a similarly cross-functional role • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously • Strong presentation development and visual storytelling skills in Google Slides • Ability to independently develop polished, executive-ready materials • Experience working in Salesforce or another CRM • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace • High attention to detail and a track record of reliable follow-through • Comfort operating independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment • Must be eligible to work in the United States • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, digital health, employee benefits, health plans, or employer-facing healthcare services • Preferred: Experience supporting complex B2B sales processes • Preferred: Experience owning or coordinating conferences and industry events • Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare contracting, credentialing, pricing, or implementation processes • Preferred: Experience supporting a company’s LinkedIn or other professional social media presence • Preferred: Experience improving Salesforce processes, workflows, or reporting • Preferred: Experience working at an early-stage or high-growth company • Preferred: Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and content-development tools
