• Direct, monitor, and enhance specialty pharmacy and IDN operations within the Market Access and Trade team • Manage dispensing operations to improve patient access and adherence and deliver a best-in-class patient and prescriber experience • Collaborate with Patient Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Market Access field teams • Engage external stakeholders in program operations and analyze data and KPIs • Develop understanding of the NASH disease state, Rezdiffra clinical data, and commercialization strategy • Monitor Specialty Pharmacy and IDN performance against contractual obligations • Implement specialty pharmacy services, enhancements, and operational efficiencies • Maintain program correspondence, scripting, and collateral through legal and regulatory approval processes • Evaluate specialty pharmacy vendor performance with operations and data analytics teams • Support quarterly business reviews, prepare materials, communicate vendor expectations, and identify strategic insights • Collaborate with Consumer Marketing and Patient Access to improve specialty pharmacy programs • Develop and communicate messages to internal and external channel partners • Oversee operational plans, budgets, expenses, and timelines • Create and maintain policies, procedures, and business rules for distribution programs • Report program-level KPIs and outcomes to leadership • Influence cross-functional change management and tackle complex projects • Ensure ethics, quality, and compliance with market access and channel laws, regulations, and company policies
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business or Pharmacy preferred • 10+ years of related experience in the biopharma or related industry • 3–5 years of healthcare industry customer/vendor management experience strongly preferred • 3+ years of experience operationalizing specialty pharmacy programs and networks required • Ability to develop insights from data trends to improve program performance • Experience with pre-launch drugs and new product launches preferred • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team and in an environment of rapid change • Excellent written, organizational, verbal, presentation, and communication skills • Proficient in MS Office products including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Approximately 20% travel
