📋 Description

• Develop and own the product roadmap for the assigned area • Drive measurable operational outcomes including cost reduction, clinical quality, member experience and retention, and team efficiency • Partner with Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, Clinical, and Compliance teams to define and execute product initiatives • Communicate insights, progress, and outcomes to senior stakeholders • Translate complex data and product strategy into clear, actionable information • Act as the subject matter expert for the product area and digital service delivery • Provide insights and guidance to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software product management experience • Preferably 4+ years in healthcare or health insurance • Proven track record of shipping new workflows / solutions to drive key business outcomes • Ability to partner with a wide-array of stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience leveraging data to drive product strategy, optimization, and decision-making • Proactive "get it done" attitude • Comfort with uncertainty, fast pace and flexibility inherent in a startup • Working experience in health insurance or a care delivery environment • Experience shipping LLM-backed chat, assistance, or summarization in production • Familiarity with agentic and human teams combining into a single experience • Experience owning a consumer app or web experience at scale • Experience owning software used by professional audiences for hours a day • Familiarity with clinical workflow, EHR or care management systems • Familiarity with documentation and regulatory requirements
