📋 Description

• Scope, plan, and execute operational efforts and improve their efficiency with minimal supervision • Conduct root cause analyses of business operations pain points related to sales compensation structures and external software platform integration • Measure impact to validate desired results and establish mechanisms to sustain improved performance • Promote data-driven decision-making and contribute to ongoing optimization • Support multiple projects and work streams while facilitating input from key stakeholders • Perform ad-hoc analytics and modeling to understand key parts of the business • Align needs and deliverables across all organizational levels and manage timely delivery of projects and assets related to goals and budget • Exercise discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and adapting procedures, processes, and techniques in a dynamic environment • Perform other job-related duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in analytical, operational, or project management-type roles • Fast learner, able to pick up new content and industries quickly in an extremely fast-paced environment • Experience using Excel, SQL, BI dashboards, AI agents and other tools to build reports, automate processes and conduct analyses to provide ongoing recommendations for adjustments to plan • Self-starter and team player who can partner effectively with other teams to define goals, launch, and optimize initiatives • Track record of success achieving measurable results • Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement, project management, and change management • Demonstrated experience in an analytical, operational, and/or project management role • Analytic mindset, comfortable autonomously executing qualitative and quantitative analyses • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguous situations • Results-oriented with a willingness to take initiative and get the job done • Strong attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous process improvements • Ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize workload • Ability to adapt to change quickly and strong ability to problem solve • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently • Passion to build an organization
