📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of projects spanning agency onboarding, compliance analysis, and partnership enhancements • Scope, plan, and lead cross-functional initiatives from problem identification through implementation and adoption, managing work in JIRA • Design scalable processes across onboarding, compliance, and partnerships, and drive adoption of new workflows • Partner with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Partnerships leadership to identify operational pain points and translate them into structured projects • Conduct compliance-related analysis supporting agency onboarding and ongoing partner management • Support agency and sub-agency onboarding, including pre-contracting activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant completion at scale • Serve as the escalation resource for complex onboarding issues • Track project status, risks, and outcomes in JIRA and Looker • Report progress and insights to leadership • Assist with relationship management for top 40–50 agency partners, including regular cadence meetings and touchpoints

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Medicare Advantage or health insurance operations, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment • 5–7+ years in project management, operations, or program management • Track record of increasing scope and responsibility • Experience leading cross-functional projects from scoping through implementation • Ability to influence and align partners without direct authority • Advanced experience with project management tools such as JIRA or similar • Comfort analyzing data, reports, and dashboards to identify trends and inform decisions • Exceptional organizational skills • Sound judgment when deciding whether to escalate or resolve issues independently • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities • Desired: experience managing external partnerships or strategic accounts • Desired: PMP or similar certification • Desired: hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker
