📋 Description

• Serve as the voice of Operations in Dexcom’s enterprise software system projects, primarily Manufacturing Execution System projects • Partner with Manufacturing Operations, Quality, and IT to support and enhance manufacturing business systems • Perform Camstar / Siemens Opcenter MES modeling and configuration activities • Support Mendix-based applications through requirements gathering, functional design documentation, testing support, and user issue resolution • Collect, analyze, and document user requirements through stakeholder discussions and process walkthroughs • Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process flowcharts and workflow documentation • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with agile practices • Collaborate with IT and development teams on requirements, configuration, and development activities • Assist with troubleshooting production issues and support resolution efforts • Participate in User Acceptance Testing, including test case development, execution, and defect tracking • Support end-user readiness through system documentation and training materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 2–5 years of related experience, or Master’s degree and 0–2 years of related experience • Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably Siemens Opcenter / Camstar, including exposure to system modeling concepts • Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional system documentation • Experience creating process maps, flowcharts, and basic system interaction diagrams • Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies • Experience supporting or working with low-code platforms, preferably Mendix, in an enterprise or manufacturing environment • Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments such as medical device, biotech, or regulated manufacturing • Ability to travel up to 25%
