📋 Description

• Communicate with clients and translate business needs and technical requirements into simpler non-technical language • Monitor queues and reports for the call center • Perform independent research and review data across multiple projects • Analyze and document systems requirements and business processes • Build basic conceptual data and process models to quantify potential system-change impacts • Execute and analyze basic test case scenarios from existing test plans • Follow written policies, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and government/healthcare guidelines • Participate in technical reviews and inspections with senior leaders • Expand technical skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Visio

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and triage bugs and defects • 2-3 years of working experience in healthcare, enrollment, credentialing, or related fields • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing • Ability to work in a professional team environment • Candidates must reside in West Virginia • Required to complete a skills and competency assessment before advancing in the selection process
