📋 Description

• Develop and own the business case for Dexcom product expansion into LATAM • Size market opportunities and prepare financial projections, revenue forecasts, ROI analyses, and regulatory considerations • Conduct LATAM market research and competitive analysis • Analyze diabetes, consumer health wearable technology, customer needs, competitor offerings, reimbursement, and regulatory environments • Shape market-entry positioning, messaging, differentiation, and pricing • Build relationships with external LATAM stakeholders and global and regional Dexcom stakeholders • Align priorities, timelines, and success metrics for LATAM launches • Facilitate governance meetings and provide executives with updates on go-to-market readiness, risks, and support needs • Create go-to-market strategies for LATAM launches with global marketing, regulatory, and commercial teams • Define launch objectives, market segmentation, distribution plans, and value propositions • Develop LATAM-specific pricing and commercial models • Recommend pricing structures and reimbursement strategies • Manage budgets and optimize profitability through P&L oversight • Guide resource allocation, assess investment trade-offs, and support sustainable growth

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in LATAM-specific product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or business development within healthcare, medtech, consumer, digital health, or pharmaceutical industries • Demonstrated track record of planning and launching new products or market expansions in a regulated environment • Proven ability to develop and execute business strategy, including market analysis, opportunity sizing, financial modeling, and pricing/market entry strategies • Strong analytical thinking and proficiency with data to drive decisions • Excellent project leadership and cross-functional coordination skills • Experience leading diverse teams without direct authority • Experience managing complex, interdependent projects or product launches involving multiple stakeholders • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills • Familiarity with medical device and digital health markets • Knowledge of the diabetes care ecosystem in LATAM • Understanding of regulatory, market access, approval processes, and reimbursement considerations for healthcare products in LATAM • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of industry experience • 9+ years of successful management experience in a relevant industry • Preferred proficiency in English, Latin American Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese
