📋 Description

• Architect end-to-end AI/ML product capabilities from concept and experimental design through training, evaluation, and production deployment • Write reusable, production-quality code • Build and optimize predictive-model and generative-AI product features, including LLM-powered features • Improve model behavior through model selection, prompting, retrieval, feature engineering, fine-tuning, or retraining • Define evaluation metrics, benchmarks, and monitoring • Identify model and system risks and drive mitigations and responsible-AI practices • Lead technical strategy balancing model performance, latency, cost, safety, and regulatory requirements • Deploy and scale AI/ML systems in production • Build and improve training, serving, and CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Product, Legal, and Regulatory stakeholders • Communicate complex methodologies and results to technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 5-8 years related experience, or Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience, or PhD and 0-2 years experience • Strong computer science fundamentals • Hands-on experience with Python and modern AI/ML libraries and frameworks • Experience taking AI/ML systems to production and operating them reliably at scale • Experience with evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices • Experience building scalable, cloud-based AI/ML solutions • Comfortable working with large datasets in distributed environments • Familiarity with modern software engineering and test tooling • Responsible-AI mindset focused on model safety, reliability, and risk in regulated, high-stakes settings • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to travel 5-15%
