📋 Description

• Help lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint acceptance. • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, translating them into clear Jira user stories and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize work, align timelines, and refine requirements. • Monitor sprint progress, identify blockers, and proactively drive resolutions. • Define and maintain Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud requirements, including configurations and workflows. • Support SIT, UAT, and validation activities. • Manage Change Requests and ensure alignment with CAB processes. • Create and maintain documentation such as technical requirements and process maps.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. • A minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience. • Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments. • Strong organizational and prioritization skills. • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud (nice to have). • Exposure to system integrations, data mapping, or compliance-driven environments (nice to have).
