📋 Description

• Manage and drive end-to-end program management activities for complex software projects from concept through regulatory filing and commercialization • Develop, track, and report project plans, detailed schedules, critical path analysis, project and product risks, change control requests, and deliverables • Lead project and status meetings with internal cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners • Coordinate activities, tasks, and resources across software development and testing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations • Provide guidance on priorities and schedules • Ensure compliance with internal medical device design controls, product development processes, and regulatory requirements • Motivate teams to ensure successful project completion • Manage frequent releases for multiple data platform components in a highly regulated environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 5–8 years related experience, or Master’s degree and 2–5 years equivalent industry experience, or PhD and 0–2 years experience • Strong technical background and project management experience, ideally in a regulated environment • Medical device industry experience is a plus • Excellent project management skills, including detailed schedules, dependencies, priorities, deadlines, and management of multiple projects • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders • Experience with Agile development methodologies and product development processes • Knowledge and experience with Jira • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Visio/Lucid Chart • Strong initiative and self-direction • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment • Strong organizational, team-building, and team-leadership skills • Ability to manage conflict professionally • 5–15% travel required
