📋 Description

• Partner with category advisor teams to ensure customer shelf management strategies are implemented • Provide assortment and shelf recommendations through a fact-based approach • Develop expertise in shelf management for the Spirits category • Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners • Implement planogram recommendations using JDA and Shelf IQ to improve shopability, efficiency, conversion, and space-to-sales optimization • Support regular reporting on performance and growth opportunities • Use syndicated data, retailer POS, and planogram data • Own assigned tools, processes, and tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Category Management Space Planning, preferably in CPG or Adult Beverage categories • Strong technical capabilities with category management software systems • Experience with space planning software such as JDA and/or Shelf IQ • Experience with syndicated data sources • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills • Advanced computer skills • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to connect insight to actionable store execution • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Ability to travel 10%
