📋 Description

• Designs and build best in-class solutions • Perform business/software analysis • May coordinate initiatives within a product team • Supports initiatives that ensure enterprise systems remain best-in-class • Learning to lead teams and bodies of work • Acts as a product-team problem solver and domain SME • Perform business/software analysis • Coordinate work with moderate complexity within assigned product team • Drive development of existing software and contribute to new software development • Monitor, identify, and correct more complex software defects • Produce multiple concepts and prototypes • Research and suggest ways to optimize solutions • Drive maintenance road map to facilitate software development • Find root cause and resolution of issues • Assign short-term work schedules to a team • Develop own and junior team member capabilities • Support within an established program management plan • Guide and deliver design distribution of basic database resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred • 6-10 years of experience • 7-12 months experience of generalist supervision of junior colleague
