📋 Description

• Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises • Provide scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services within an assigned territory • Perform minor product repairs and component-level hardware repairs • Inspect products for correct operation and resolve or escalate issues according to established procedures • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software failures • Clean and adjust mechanical components • Configure and install applicable software • Perform preventive maintenance and routine checks • Refill consumables as directed • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products • Train customers on the usage and operation of installed hardware and software • Participate in hardware and software training • Participate in measures to achieve agreed KPIs • Schedule services, complete required paperwork, and work with customers to ensure service satisfaction and product understanding • Assist with special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services • Good written and verbal communication skills • Driver's license and driving record satisfying DN's fleet requirements • PC literacy and good knowledge and application of relevant tools and methods • Ability to attend training classes in Canton, Ohio for 1–2 weeks • Ability to lift and move heavy loads, stand most of the day, climb, bend and stoop while working on equipment • Acceptance of exposure to outside elements • Shift adaptability, including an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to organize and inventory truck stock parts and tools • Sense of urgency, organizational skills, professional presence, and ability to work in a team environment • Ability to pass MVR, background, and drug tests where required • Product knowledge of the relevant industry and basic ITIL skills preferred • Firstline Service Technician work experience preferred • Vocational/Trade School preferred
