📋 Description

• Lead the Development & Automation team across AI client services, internal data/reporting, and a client-facing software product • Assess team strengths, establish ownership, and manage direct reports • Create and implement SOPs and guidelines for intake, prioritization, delivery, documentation, and handoffs • Define and track KPIs including deployment time, delivery performance, time saved, adoption, and ROI • Run the weekly delivery cadence and provide monthly status reporting to the CTO • Own prioritization and roadmap decisions across all three workstreams • Lead client AI engagements from assessment and setup through training and custom builds • Oversee product releases with the Product Owner and developers • Support the data warehouse and leadership scorecard • Serve as escalation point for client security, compliance, and data privacy issues • Partner with leadership to identify manual work and develop automation and AI solutions • Grow the team through role definition, hiring, and onboarding • Own tooling and vendor decisions, budget input, and capacity planning • Report to the CTO

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in automation, development, data, or technical operations • 3+ years leading a technical team with direct reports • Experience coaching, ensuring accountability, and running a delivery cadence • Track record of implementing SOPs, operating rhythms, and KPIs and driving adoption • Experience leading people more technical than you • Shipped AI, automation, or software with measurable results • Strong technical grounding in M365/Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, APIs, and integrations • Comfortable with client-facing work involving data, security, and compliance • Ability to translate non-technical stakeholder needs into delivered solutions • Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment • MSP, SaaS, or multi-client service experience preferred • Software product delivery or data/BI leadership background preferred
