📋 Description

• Lead technical assessments and translate business needs into secure, scalable infrastructure designs • Design and implement solutions in Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune/Endpoint Manager • Deliver Autopilot deployments, compliance and conditional access policies, and application packaging • Redesign and optimize networks including firewalls, switching, routing, and VLANs • Use the CLI for common network tasks • Troubleshoot network loops and configure switches • Support HP/Dell switch environments and SonicWall/Fortinet firewalls • Support and administer Windows Server roles, Office 365, and Azure services • Build and harden servers and workstations • Create detailed statements of work and scopes defining deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements • Own and resolve complex Level 3+ escalations through deep-dive troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and long-term remediation • Deliver documentation for architectures, deployments, and operational processes • Mentor junior and mid-level technicians • Review sales proposals, validate technical scope, and identify potential pitfalls • Coordinate account managers, project managers, and clients for smooth project execution • Drive best practices in cloud security, automation, monitoring, and MSP tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or high-volume IT support environment • Strong experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS • Microsoft 365 administration and security experience • Azure infrastructure and virtual networks experience • Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and AVD • Networking experience including Layer 2/3, VPNs, and firewalls such as SonicWall and Meraki • Scripting and automation experience; PowerShell preferred • Strong documentation habits • Familiarity with ConnectWise • AZ-104 or higher preferred • Confident communication and ability to explain solutions to non-technical users • AZ-305, CCNA/CCNP, or cybersecurity-related certifications are a bonus
