📋 Description

• Develop business cases and financial analyses for potential acquisitions and investments. • Lead end-to-end M&A execution from sourcing to closing. • Construct complex financial models and valuation analyses. • Orchestrate cross-functional due diligence with Product and Engineering teams. • Develop strategically-focused project plans that align with departmental goals. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity. • Support investor relations and board materials. • Optimize internal M&A processes and workflows. • Guide and mentor junior team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of investment banking and/or corporate development experience. • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. • Experience modeling capital allocation scenarios including debt financing and lease structures. • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
