📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team focused on building scalable security products. • Drive the technical roadmap and execution for security features, including threat detection, identity management, and data protection. • Manage delivery timelines, inter-team dependencies, and proactive risk mitigation to ensure successful execution of product milestones. • Establish and lead sustaining engineering practices prioritizing technical debt reduction. • Collaborate with Product Management and Security Architects to define product requirements. • Ensure high standards of code quality and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership or management role. • Proven track record of delivering complex security products or cloud-scale distributed systems. • Deep understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and modern web application security. • 5+ years of experience in software engineering within security functions. • Expert-level Go and strong JavaScript/Node.js skills • Proven track record of designing systems with large data requirements • Deep understanding of distributed systems. • Deep Kubernetes expertise running security-critical workloads at scale. • Cloud platform experience with understanding of cloud security models.
