📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain canvas and/or model-driven Power Apps solutions for business workflows and data capture • Develop and support Power Automate workflow automations, including routing/approval flows, notifications, and integrations • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and other approved data sources/connectors • Implement and maintain role-based access controls and security configurations • Participate in requirements discussions and translate business needs into technical designs and implementation plans • Perform unit and functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) • Validate fixes and enhancements prior to release • Provide sustainment support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions • Communicate risks, issues, and recommended solutions promptly • Create and maintain technical and user documentation for applications, workflows, and changes • Support user enablement through trainings, job aids, demos, and walkthroughs • Identify and recommend process improvements and system optimizations to increase efficiency and reduce manual work

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, including building and maintaining production solutions • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online and/or Dataverse and managing data connections responsibly • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex workflow and application issues and deliver reliable fixes/enhancements under time constraints • Familiarity with governance concepts, including environment strategy, solution packaging, access control, and documentation standards • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work directly with end users and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutions • Experience producing clear technical documentation and user-facing guides • Public Trust (Moderate Risk) clearance • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating effectively with a distributed team • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and maintainability • Microsoft Power Platform PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent certification preferred only
