📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, including interactive visualizations for operational and executive-level decision-making • Build and optimize data models, including relationships, measures, and calculated columns • Write and maintain DAX expressions • Integrate and blend data from multiple sources to create consistent, accurate reporting datasets • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through validation checks, reconciliation, and controlled refresh processes • Optimize report and dataset performance, including model design, refresh strategy, and incremental refresh where appropriate • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype dashboards, incorporate feedback, and finalize deliverables • Produce and maintain documentation for dashboards, datasets, definitions, measures, and refresh processes • Maintain a catalog/inventory of reporting products when required • Provide recurring and ad hoc analytics support, including data analysis, insights, and presentation-ready outputs • Support governance practices for reporting, including access controls, workspace management, and standardization of reporting assets

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing enterprise dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI • Demonstrated proficiency in data modeling and DAX • Experience designing performant datasets and reusable semantic models • Experience integrating data from multiple sources and working with large datasets to produce reliable visualizations • Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear reporting requirements and deliverables • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and documentation quality • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present insights and explain dashboards to technical and non-technical audiences • Public Trust (Moderate Risk) clearance required • Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities with deadlines • Experience with M365 tools, including Excel and SharePoint, in reporting workflows is strongly preferred
