📋 Description

• Develop executive dashboards, analyses, and briefing materials supporting Revenue Operations leadership • Monitor enterprise pipeline health, pursuit workload, proposal and pricing demand, and resource utilization • Support monthly business reviews, quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and growth summits • Identify workload constraints, execution risks, and resource conflicts • Provide recommendations on execution readiness, resource impacts, and operational risks • Maintain visibility into active and forecasted proposal and pricing workloads • Develop proposal and pricing capacity forecasts • Assess proposal concurrency and surge requirements • Identify resource conflicts, bottlenecks, and execution constraints • Support pricing-to-win analyses, pricing scenario modeling, competitive assessments, labor pricing, profitability, margin, and risk analyses • Participate in executive pricing reviews and strategy discussions • Support pursuit assessments, opportunity intelligence, customer research, competitive assessments, capture readiness reviews, and gate reviews • Conduct win/loss and trend analyses • Provide surge support for proposal planning, compliance reviews, proposal coordination, pricing workload management, color team reviews, executive reviews, and proposal recovery • Support continuous improvement, AI-enabled growth initiatives, workflow automation, reporting modernization, data quality improvement, and maintenance of TechnoMile, Power BI, Salesforce, GovWin, and related systems

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship • 7+ years of experience in Federal Government Contracting • Experience in two or more of the following: Pricing, Proposal Operations, Capture Support, Program Controls, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence • Experience supporting executive decision-making • Advanced Excel modeling • Financial analysis • Data visualization • Executive presentation development • Proposal lifecycle understanding • Strong GovCon business acumen • Preferred: Power BI • Preferred: Salesforce • Preferred: TechnoMile • Preferred: GovWin • Preferred: APMP • Preferred: PMP • Preferred: MBA
