📋 Description

• Proactively call and message past due accounts to resolve and bring them to current status • Resell the brand and customer experience, and positive feeling • Handle administrative work to redo payment flows • Accurately log all interactions in CRM and internal systems • Navigate dialer systems (e.g., Five9) to manage outbound communication • Maintain daily and weekly account resolution completion quotas • Ensure all required documentation and notes are completed for each account resolved • Collaborate with team leads and internal teams as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work 40 hours per week (full-time) • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail • Comfortable navigating multiple systems (CRM, dialer, patient portals) • Basic technical proficiency (uploading documents, managing systems) • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to meet performance and productivity targets • Prior experience in telesales, customer support, collections, billing and account receivables, account resolution, or call center environments is preferred • Experience using CRM systems and dialers (Five9, Zoho, etc.) is a plus • Bilingual is a plus (Spanish preferred)
