📋 Description

• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business challenges • Evaluate communications strategies and recommend improvements • Manage projects end-to-end • Track and report financial information • Contribute to projects in case management, analysis and reporting, or transformation project management • Support employee engagement, business continuity, and compliance programs

🎯 Requirements

• Open to all undergraduates and master’s candidates • Academic background in Organization Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Analytics, Legal Studies, Public Policy, Risk Management, Consulting or a related field • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications • Experience with data visualization or reporting tools • Ability to maintain trackers and coordinate follow-up in a collaborative environment • Ability to research unfamiliar topics, evaluate multiple sources, identify gaps or trends, and summarize findings • Comfort working with data and artificial intelligence tools, including checking quality, preparing basic analyses, and developing reports • Professional communication skills and confidence asking thoughtful questions, seeking clarification, and sharing recommendations • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with guidance • Curiosity, adaptability, accountability, and willingness to learn • Proactive, dependable approach and commitment to high-quality work • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential, sensitive, or potentially privileged information • Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future
