📋 Description

• Support borrowers and Loan Officers throughout the mortgage process • Communicate with borrowers via phone, email, and text message • Request and collect required loan documentation • Maintain accurate borrower records and loan files • Monitor loan milestones and outstanding requirements • Follow up on missing documentation and conditions • Update borrower and loan information within company systems • Support Loan Officers with active loan pipelines • Coordinate activities between borrowers and internal teams • Contact prospective borrowers and gather preliminary information • Maintain organized notes and follow-up schedules • Deliver professional and customer-focused service throughout the mortgage process

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organization and follow-up abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • High attention to detail • Comfortable speaking with borrowers by phone • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Strong customer-service mindset • Ability to learn mortgage products, systems, and processes • Comfortable working in a commission-only environment • NMLS preferred but not strictly required • Loan Officer Assistant, Mortgage Assistant, Mortgage Processing, Loan Processing, or Mortgage Operations experience preferred • Borrower documentation experience preferred • Experience using CRM or mortgage software systems preferred • Interest in pursuing future mortgage licensing opportunities preferred
