📋 Description

• Oversee and drive end-to-end technical delivery of KPMG-US projects • Lead planning, roadmap development, milestone definition, and delivery execution across distributed teams • Ensure alignment with program objectives, architectural standards, and quality benchmarks • Define project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across concurrent workstreams • Apply project management methodologies and governance practices • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive resolution • Collaborate with engineering, data, QA, product, and infrastructure teams • Coordinate technical design discussions, solution reviews, and integration planning • Facilitate working groups, solutioning sessions, and progress checkpoints • Serve as the primary delivery liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and the delivery organization • Communicate project status, risks, timelines, and dependencies • Build relationships with client leadership and technology partners • Oversee go-live planning, cutover coordination, runbook preparation, and post-implementation support • Ensure issue triage, defect management, and stability assurance during deployment • Lead onshore/offshore distributed teams and guide team members through technical challenges, prioritization, and conflict resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, project leadership, or technical program management • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale, technology-intensive projects simultaneously • Strong command of delivery governance, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid methodology frameworks • Experience overseeing Microsoft technology stack projects • Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills • Strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization abilities • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage escalations, and lead war-room situations • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to counsel teams and manage expectations
