📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple DoD software development projects simultaneously. • Develop, maintain, and update Program/Project Management documentation including: Project Management Plans, Work Breakdown Structures, Risk Management plans, Integrated Master Schedules, meeting agendas and meeting minutes. • Apply Agile Framework methodologies, including user story development, backlog management, sprint execution, prioritization and adaptive planning to accommodate evolving requirements. • Oversee and coordinate activities of cross-functional project team members, including software developers, engineers, and support personnel. • Utilize ServiceNow to support project tracking, workflow management task assignments and reporting. • Review and approve project deliverables to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with DoD standards and contractual requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Required Secret Clearance • Bachelor Degree in Program/Project Management, Business Management or related discipline and 5 years of experience or 10 years without degree. • Active PMP certification required and 5 years of experience or 10 years without PMP • 5 years of demonstrate program/project management experience. • 5 years of both DoD and DoD software development experience required • 2 years minimum experience utilizing ServiceNow
