📋 Description

• Work directly with executives, the technical team, and customers to build Distru's AI product line • Define the AI product vision and make product decisions from the ground up • Own and evolve the MCP, Agent Builder, Unified Data Engine, and other AI product suites • Connect AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT directly to Distru data • Build agents inside Distru with multi-step workflow support • Unify ERP and business data into a layer that AI can query and act on • Choose features to build and prioritize the product roadmap and timeline • Write PRDs with thoughtful UX designs for engineering execution • Own features from inception through release, iteration, and maintenance • Define and measure feature success and drive measurable adoption • Gather and synthesize customer feedback into scalable system-level AI features • Own knowledge bases, MCP documentation, and go-to-market content • Work with marketing and sales to enable teams on shipped features • Collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, sales, and customer success • Report directly to the executive team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management • Experience owning and shipping features end to end, from ambiguous problem statement to launched feature with measurable outcomes • UX proficiency; ability to create intuitive products that abstract away complexity without a designer • Passion for AI and personal experimentation with new models, tools, and workflows • Ability to communicate thoughts briefly and clearly • Technical fluency in SQL, telemetry, agentic harnesses, subagents, and RAG • Experience with product management tools such as Notion, Miro, Claude, Hotjar, and LangSmith • Background in supply chain, ERP, CRM, B2B marketplaces, or accounting is nice to have • Experience using Claude Code or similar coding tools is nice to have • Familiarity with agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration is nice to have • Experience in early-stage startups is nice to have
