📋 Description

• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the full project lifecycle • Oversee and perform project management functions for Sports Venue systems integration projects • Manage the largest, most complex, and sensitive projects • Mentor other Project Managers • Provide direction to internal and external personnel • Handle project communications, scheduling, technician task lists, engineering/CAD/programming deliverables, and project completion • Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction • Serve as the primary client interface and develop long-term client relationships • Manage client expectations, communications, and satisfaction • Lead project ownership, communication, follow-up, meetings, delegation, and stakeholder coordination • Resolve destructive conflict and ensure frequent stakeholder communication • Design, plan, and coordinate work teams for Sports Venue installation projects • Establish communication with Account Executives, Directors, installation technicians, subcontractors, and clients • Lead teams on large projects when required • Develop project updates and maintain project schedules • Monitor labor, equipment, materials budgets, project cost, timing, staffing, and profitability • Provide or direct technical and administrative support to project team members • Perform field verification of prospective work sites and document issues, risks, and solutions • Coordinate drawings and documentation among internal and external stakeholders • Facilitate design reviews and coordinate system programming and final system checkout • Provide punch lists after substantial completion • Contract with contractors and other trades when necessary • Ensure quality and continuous improvement • Coordinate project training and turnover to the client, service department, and sales team • Manage and report project financials and ensure timely, accurate client billing • Communicate decision options to stakeholders and manage project decisions • Travel regularly to construction sites and comply with site safety requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience • Technical, engineering, construction management, or business discipline preferred • Advanced leadership or project management training preferred • Industry certifications (AVIXA, broadcast, media systems) preferred • Proficient in MS Project; mastery preferred • Minimum 5-8+ years of progressive project management experience • Experience working on a construction site • Proven estimating experience in construction • Demonstrated success delivering complex, high-value projects • Prior experience as a Project Manager required • Hands-on experience in installation, engineering, and field leadership strongly preferred • Proven ability to lead teams and manage customer relationships in high-pressure environments • Valid driver’s license in state of residence • Ability to travel frequently by car and airplane • Ability to use own vehicle for work travel • Ability to spend at least 40% of time on feet and move around construction sites • Ability to occasionally climb ladders, use stairs, and lift or move materials up to 20 pounds • Ability to use keyboards, test equipment, and controls required for systems integration installation projects • Required close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision • Ability to comply with job-site safety regulations and use PPE
