📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team including Project Engineers and Construction Management • Manage project forecasts with the Project Controls team, identifying risks and opportunities • Work with Supply Chain to maximize value during project buyout • Work with Business Development and Estimating to deliver accurate and competitive project estimates • Manage project schedules with the Scheduling team to meet or improve objectives • Provide timely project reporting to internal teams and external customers • Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements • Build customer relationships and identify strategic opportunities • Lead project execution from pre-construction planning through commissioning and closeout for utility solar, BESS, and repowering projects • Balance safety, cost, schedule, quality, and stakeholder expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Supervisory/leadership experience • Experience managing EPC, large-scale industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects • Experience with cost estimating, scheduling, and customer engagement • Understanding of prime contract and subcontract language • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future • Valid driver’s license • EPC experience in Utility Solar, Wind, BESS, conventional power or industrial projects (preferred) • Strong construction execution experience (preferred)
