• This position is within DLB’s Mission Critical Department focusing primarily on hyperscale data centers and related mission critical facilities. • Collaborate with all design staff and oversee full cycle ICT design activities. • Work as part of the organizational leadership team to develop and edit firm policy and contribute to the growth and success of the firm. • Oversee and direct the ICT team/s to execute projects of complex scope and broader programs. • Contribute to and oversee growth and hiring within the ICT department. • Assist in the development of policies and procedures. • Communicate and operate in line with organizational goals and values, as well as departmental objectives.
• Minimum of ten years of industry related experience • Bachelor’s degree can substitute for two years of experience • Graduate degree can substitute for four years of experience • Professional Engineer (PE) License, or equivalent professional certification • Have a minimum 2 years experience in a leadership or management level position, with a demonstrated record of people leadership in previous roles.
