• Serves as a moderator and/or producer for webinars and virtual conferences • Executes annual content reviews and curriculum updates • Authors or sources additional content for assigned projects • Assists in content review for DMEC publications and webinars • Participates in testing and quality assurance for pulse surveys • Serves as the primary point of contact for learner questions • Assists with the development and implementation of DMEC’s training courses
• Must have expert knowledge of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) • Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player • Must have strong interpersonal skills and work well within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills • Must have excellent communication and written skills • Bachelor's degree (human resources or related field preferred) • 5+ years of experience in the development and/or administration of absence management programs
