📋 Description

• Monitor and review key Slack channels • Respond to clinician inquiries in real time • Proactively reach out to clinicians who have not completed required training • Update the New Clinicians Google Sheet with comments and progress notes • Support onboarding processes for clinicians with partial system access • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding workflows • Assign platform training once updates are finalized • Coordinate reporting and data sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Experience working with Slack, Google Sheets, and email-based workflows • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills • Experience in healthcare operations, clinician onboarding, or workforce management preferred • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare onboarding processes • Experience with scheduling platforms and EHR systems (e.g., DoseSpot, SteadyMD)
