📋 Description

• Work with the Customer Success team to understand the customer journey, identify risk signals, and detect retention and revenue opportunities. • Translate analyses and insights from the customer base into practical, repeatable actions. • Use automation tools and AI assistants to scale and increase the efficiency of campaigns. • Monitor engagement, retention, and churn metrics, conducting ongoing tests and campaign optimizations. • Analyze the customer base to identify behavior patterns, segmentation opportunities, and proactive engagement or intervention points. • Design and implement retention and engagement campaigns at different stages of the customer journey. • Build scalable retention processes and playbooks for churn prevention. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to ensure consistency in customer relationship initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English (interview stages in English and daily interaction with stakeholders); • Experience creating and executing automated campaigns focused on engagement and/or retention, and managing customer journeys. • Proficiency in CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce (especially for building workflows and automations). • Experience using AI tools applied to campaign automation or process optimization. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams. • Preferred (not mandatory) • Previous experience in SaaS environments or technology companies.
